Our Story

The Integrity Group, based in Tallahassee, Florida is a full-service emergency management, public safety, compliance assurance and management consulting firm. Our current team consists of over 250 professionals, managed through our headquarters in Tallahassee and field locations in Pensacola, Tampa, and Bonita Springs. While most of our work is performed for state and local governmental agencies and non-profit organizations throughout Florida, we currently are, or have served organizations in Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, North Carolina, Mississippi, Kentucky, Wisconsin, and Ohio. Our clients include general governmental entities/jurisdictions with specific work also performed in the areas of Public Safety, Education, HealthCare Organizations, public and private utilities, and other organizations.

Team Integrity has a comprehensive knowledge of disaster recovery operations gained through our experience with communities devastated by every major disaster that has impacted Florida since 2004. We have worked side-by-side with federal, state, and local officials and staff at their affiliated recovery offices, with one goal in mind–a complete and successful recovery from disasters affecting our clients.

As a complete Emergency Management Services firm, with over 14 years of experience as experts in disaster recovery programs and project management services, The Integrity Group has pursued, secured, and expertly managed Federal, State, and Private funding totaling over 6,000 projects valued at over $4.8 billion. Our significant success has been achieved through our constant focus on providing exceptional top-quality work that ensures 100% compliance with the myriad of federal and state regulations.

Our principals and professional associates include former state program managers, former state bureau chiefs, legislative aides, former state division directors, former inspectors general, and even a former agency head for the State of Florida. The Integrity Group’s Executive Leadership Team has extensive experience serving as former State Law Enforcement Agency Executive and Division Directors, Inspectors General, Chief Investigators, and command level Military Officers. They bring to the service of our clients the exceptional knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to coordinate with state and federal disaster recovery agencies, to ensure a full and complete, successful recovery.
Finally, based upon our extensive experience in state and local government leadership, we are viewed by many professionals (with experience similar to our leadership) as a challenging, rewarding, and highly desirable employer. While The Integrity Group is not a massive corporate entity, we are well equipped to scale up (and down) to meet all clients’ needs in an effective and cost-efficient manner.
